Melissa Monteiro is a founding Director of Spotlight. Melissa Monteiro is the CEO of the Community Migrant Resource Centre with an extensive background in the community sector. She has strategically navigated diverse environments and advocates on behalf of vulnerable client groups. Melissa, is currently the Chair of the Settlement Council of Australia (SCOA) and Director on the Board of Anti – Discrimination NSW. Melissa is an author and recently published a book The Girl From Mumbai – A Migrant Story.
